ORDERS OVER $50 QUALIFY FOR FREE LOCAL DELIVERY in Newmarket and across Central York Region: Orders placed are delivered on the next business day in the order of which they are received. Deliveries are mostly made during regular business hours;
Tues through Saturday 10:00 am-6:00 pm, we will do our best to arrange times.
NEWMARKET PICK-UP
FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $50 and for others who request in lieu of free local delivery, we have an option of pre-scheduled front door in bin pick up and are conveniently located on Charles street, just steps away from the Southlake Regional Healthcare Centre in Newmarket. We can accommodate pick ups the same day in most cases with a bit of lead time.

Yes unfortunately for many health centred and financial reasons the services are in the process of winding down and wrapping up over the coming months ahead to transition into the whats next part of the story. Your support is greatly appreciated at this time to help utilize and liquidate the inventory. We have resources still available for anyone newly diagnosed with cancer who requires them. We sincerely appreciate your support!
Depending on time of day your order is placed we offer free same or next day delivery to Southlake Healthcare Centre or home delivery within York region.
Orders placed after 2pm will be considered for first come first served next business day delivery. Yes, my husband Anthony is my delivery driver!!! Only the best!

Yes, Carebag can curate gift bags using totebags as our vessel of choice versus using a basket or box…We put the care in the bag, beautiful thoughtful colourful tissue paper wrapped curations! Selling just a bag IS NOW AVAILABLE as we are phasing out the “Online Shoppe.”

No, I am sorry Carebag does not offer shipping and instead is concentrating locally with the ability to provide the local York region area with free delivery on all purchases over $50. Also there is an option of same day local Newmarket pick up by appointment.

Exception: in the highly unlikely most never to happen scenario that promised product was suddenly unavailable after payment. - If the purchased gift bag is undeliverable due to an incorrect address that was provided to us or the gift is refused for any reason at the time of delivery or it deemed unsafe to leave it unattended in the event where the recipient is unavailable or not home the bag will be kept until the original sender can be notified. For a second attempted delivery a small charge will be required.
- Please note for health and sanitation purposes gifts cannot be delivered to any hospital room in quarantine which scrub is required.
