As someone living with residual breast cancer & associated mental health issues; my mindset has gone from wanting to not follow the treatment plan, to quitting, to finding new courage and now wanting to use my strengths to help hold others up and cross that finish line together no matter their battle! I have both felt and witnessed firsthand how hard it can be to lose family, feel isolated or not knowing what to say or do when a loved one is suddenly facing a very stressful time or even life changing illness.
